Cumberland County Warrant Records Cumberland County Warrant Records

This is a private guide, not a Cumberland County office. We do not receive court filings or have access to the county portal. For an official answer, identify whether the matter belongs to Circuit Court, General Sessions, or Crossville City Court, then contact that records custodian or the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. The routes below distinguish a case lookup from a current warrant-status question.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This site cannot check live records, confirm an active warrant, recall process, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or advise you on a legal matter. Only the issuing court can change its order. Contact the court or the sheriff for official status.

Contact the Cumberland County Office That Holds the Record

Choose the office based on the court and the kind of information you need. A case portal result can help locate a file; it does not certify that a warrant remains active or has been recalled.

  • County law-enforcement question: Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, 90 Justice Center Drive, Crossville, TN 38555; 931-484-6176. Ask whether staff can route your question to the warrant or records function.
  • Circuit or General Sessions case file: use the county case-search guide, then contact Circuit Court Clerk Jessica Burgess. County directory: 931-484-6647; the state court directory lists 931-484-5852. Confirm the current number with the office.
  • Chancery matter: Clerk & Master Ben Tollett, 931-484-4731. A Chancery file is separate from the county’s Circuit and General Sessions search.
  • Crossville citation or city-court question: Crossville City Court, 931-484-7231. The city portal and its courthouse listing use different location details; call before traveling.
  • Crab Orchard or Pleasant Hill: start with the respective City Hall. The research reviewed here did not identify a public city warrant portal or a separately published municipal court clerk for either town.

For a public-records request to a Cumberland County office, Tennessee law allows inspection requests orally or in writing, while copies or a combined request should be submitted in writing under the county policy. State that policy’s seven-business-day response window is not an emergency status service and does not itself resolve or recall court process.

If a warrant may affect a court appearance, bond, or arrest risk, obtain advice from a licensed Tennessee attorney and verify the record with the issuing court. This site cannot act as an intermediary or send messages to government offices for you.
